My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite warm even with two windows open, and there was some initial confusion with the room booking which required a visit to reception. The traffic noise in the first room was bothersome, but once moved, the new room was comfortable. The bathrooms could use better lighting, perhaps a magnifying mirror. However, the service was on point, especially the pianist who added a special touch. The location was perfect for my participation in the Belfast marathon, being just a short 5-minute walk to the start line.
